"TWISTY THRILLER...A WILD RIDE"
"STELLAR CAST AND HIGHLY SATISFYING WESTERN-CUM-NOIR...ALIVE IN WAYS THAT ARE ALL TOO RARE."
"DEADFALL IS DAMN FUN. ERIC BANA’S PERFORMANCE IS BRILLIANTLY AND WILDLY UNHINGED WITHOUT EVER GOING TOO FAR OVER THE TOP."
"A SEXY CRIME THRILLER"
"A DIVERTING NEO-NOIR, “Deadfall” brings to mind those dark, old-fashioned entertainments on Turner Classic Movies that suck you in with their genre machinery, sullen beauties and despair."
"CRITIC’S PICK. It takes a compulsively watchable path toward its bloody and strangely satisfying conclusion."
"IF YOU CRAVE AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE USUAL BLAND HOLIDAY FARE, LOOK NO FURTHER. Eric Bana is at his riveting best. The way director Ruzowitsky balances the moody ambience of a snowbound country town with the emotional twists of the dangerous psychos who invade it is thrilling. It builds to a climax that I found pretty near unforgettable."
"It’s Bloody Brilliant!"
"ALIVE IN WAYS THAT ARE ALL TOO RARE IN AMERICAN MOVIES. A highly satisfying Western-cum-noir with several cinematic eye-poppers. VIVID ACTION, SHARP WIDESCREEN CINEMATOGRAPHY AND A STELLAR CAST."
"Deadfall is DAMN FUN. Eric Bana’s performance is brilliantly twisted and wildly unhinged without ever going too far over the top. I LOVED THE HELL OUT OF THIS MOVIE."
"AN UNDERSTATED, SLOW-BURN THRILLER. It left me feeling thankful for persistent movie traditions."
